Learning Goal: I’m working on a case studies case study and need a sample draft to help me learn.
How viable it seems as a business opportunity? IMHO when you hear speaking the profs. from the university are not really keen on it as a business. but, what do you think?
I am leaving here some questions on different aspects that can bring light over it.
Is a better user interface (mobile check out flow, pictures from the seats, single-team focus) a competitive advantage? If it is an advantage, is it long-term?
Is being fast and nimble a competitive advantage?
Is Griffith developing a product or a company?
How big of an advantage is it to be able to advertise “prices are dropping”?
