1. Identify and explain three recommendations that your organization could implement to:
   • Improve the way its performance appraisal process is monitored, evaluated, and legally defensible; AND
   • Ensure compliance with US regulations for employee personnel actions.
2. Discuss how you would assess the system for adverse impact, i.e., describe how an organization would determine that adverse impact is present in their performance appraisal system.
3. Develop a checklist to ensure fairness and procedural justice in the performance process.
