Research Project instrument and implementation procedures draft

I am researching stress management in the workplace. I am in the process of interviewing the staff at my workplace and have included the questions I will be asking. This will be qualitative research. My instrument will be a question guide, my procedure is meeting with the staff for a duration of 30 minutes to gather information, and I am unsure of the procedure. ( i need assistance figuring this out)
